The project involved the deployment of an international SAP ERP template in Ukraine, adapted to local requirements. Our consultants were responsible for implementing functionality that ensures compliance with Ukrainian tax and accounting standards, including VAT accounting, reporting, and fixed asset management.

As part of the project, local print forms were developed and configured for primary documents and financial reports. The solution also included implementation of sales rebate processes and integration with banking systems to automate payment operations.

A key focus was the implementation of Material Ledger to track actual cost and enhance the accuracy of financial analytics. The project also included full data migration from a legacy system to SAP, ensuring historical records were preserved and business continuity maintained throughout the transition.

As a result, KWS obtained a unified, integrated SAP system localized for Ukraine and optimized for finance management, asset accounting, and transparent reporting in line with international standards.
