A full-scale rollout of the international SAP ERP system in Ukraine covered all key phases of implementation and localization required for efficient agricultural business operations within the framework of local legislation. The implementation included adapting SAP functionality to Ukrainian tax and accounting standards — in particular, extended VAT configuration tailored to the complex specifics of the agricultural sector. This ensured full compliance with regulatory requirements and transparency in financial reporting.

One of the core elements of the project was the integration of SAP with banking systems, which automated payment processing and accelerated financial operations. In the FI-AA module (Asset Accounting), detailed asset tracking and depreciation were configured, while the CO module was used to implement cost control and actual production cost calculation. The project utilized the Material Ledger with AVR functionality to enable year-end revaluation — a crucial requirement for the seasonal nature of agricultural production.

Special attention was paid to the development of custom print forms for primary documents and reports, fully aligned with Ukrainian document flow standards. The project also included full data migration from a legacy system to SAP, preserving historical records and ensuring uninterrupted business operations during the transition.

As a result, the client received a unified and integrated SAP ERP system — fully localized for Ukraine, aligned with international standards, and optimized for real-time management of agricultural production, finance, and accounting.
