The project involved the rollout of Soufflet’s global SAP ERP template in Ukraine and several subsidiaries across Eastern Europe (including Bulgaria, Croatia, and others). Our consultants were responsible for implementing the functionality required to meet local tax and accounting standards — including VAT configuration, statutory reporting, and fixed asset accounting.

As part of the project, we developed and configured local print forms for primary documents and financial reports, implemented cost management tools, and introduced expense control mechanisms. A major focus was on customizing SD and MM modules to streamline sales operations, customer contracts, procurement, and inventory management.

Special attention was given to integrating SAP with third-party systems such as CRM platforms, electronic document exchange (EDI) services, and mobile applications. Additional features included automated validation of EU VAT numbers and importing of exchange rates from national banks — enabling transparent and automated financial operations across countries.

Our team also provided ongoing user support for several countries in the areas of SAP FICO and SD/MM, ensuring system stability and harmonization of business processes across the international group.

Thanks to this implementation, Soufflet gained a unified SAP ERP system — fully localized for Ukraine and optimized for finance, asset, procurement, and sales management in line with international standards.
